After an extremely painful surgery procedure it was ridiculous what had to happen before he would give me anything for pain. My husband even called and explained I was crying I was in so much pain. It wasn't until I called still crying and told the ditzy staff that if I had to go to ER for some relief from pain there was going to be a lawsuit did he FINALLY write me a prescription for 16 pain pills. I will not ever again go anywhere near this sadist. Too many other compassiinate oral surgeons to go through such a nightmare of an ordeal with this quack. From here on I will go to one of them and suggest you do the same.

I have had several dental treatment by Dr. McLeod this year due to my uncooperative, failing teeth and tongue surgery. Each and every time, he was attentive, answered all of my questions and went out of his way to calm my "dental coward" fears before the procedures. His staff and front desk have always been polite and eager to assist. I am totally satisfied with his expertise and chair-side manner.

I recently went in for a tooth extraction. The from desk staff was very unprofessional. Once I was in the treatment area and met the Dr performing the procedure I realized he was just as unprofessional. He never introduced himself, seemed annoyed by my questions and unconcerned about my past medical history. I have since scheduled all of my follow up and reconstruction procedures with another oral surgeon. When I told them I would not be back there was no concern shown and no questions asked.

Very uncaring attitude. Unconcerned that I was suffering a lot of post-surgery pain. Knocked a crown out during surgery. Left a large chunk of tooth in the incision site that I found 4 days later. Packed the socket with gauze so tightly that the next time I came in for a change/check-up it had to be RIPPED out and caused even MORE pain and bleeding.
