Dr. Nelson is gifted surgeon and great human being. He genuinely cares about his patients' whole health, not just the parts he is working on during your visit. He explains procedures well, always has extra health tips, treats everyone like a friend, and routinely follows up and checks on his patients. His practice welcomes you in like you are family. From handling appointments, checking in, no long waiting, handling 'what ails you', follow up information (detail handouts with questions/answers about your procedure), checkout, insurance and follow up. Dr. Nelson is highly skilled, experienced, knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. His staff has been with the practice long-term, they know the procedures and care, and are also knowledgeable and very caring. We have been going to him for MOHS procedures for many years and this practice we consider THE best. The clinic is clean, and the physician and staff assure the client is comfortable.
