Doctor Samuels is a great doctor! Very nice and provided great service! The older woman at the front desk however was EXTREMELY rude on the phone when I made my appt and was also EXTREMELY rude when I got to my appt. All of the other nurses and women there were super pleasant and helpful but the one older lady that works at the window was the worst receptionist I’ve even seen!! She answered the phone when I called saying “Who is this” so I was very confused I thought I called the wrong number so I said is this dr Samuels office, and she said again “yes, I said who is this!” Very nasty attitude and if I didn’t hear good things about this doctor I would have just hung up but I just dealt with it and made the appt. When I got there it was obviously the same lady at the window that was on the phone from the day before when I called because once again she was just just very rude and had the worst attitude. I highly recommend getting a new receptionist! That lady made my visit very… unpleasant and it sucks because everyone else was so nice including the doctor! And it’s really a bad look if that’s who they have answering the phone and that’s the first person the patients see when they check in there. I really hope they can fix this problem because they could be the best doctors office if it wasn’t for the very obviously unhappy lady working the front desk/window.

Doctor would only take cash to see for script of Suboxone. He was in network and was supposed to file claim because he had contract with insurance company. Staff lied saying insurance would not pay anyway. Should have seen the red flag...... Call around if you need Suboxone. Do not use this doctor. Other doctors WILL file claim for you.

Staff goes above and beyond to help the patients, too bad the doctor doesn't. Instead of asking me ( the patient ) about myself....he babbled on about HIS problems which was very unprofessional. Overall very rude and uncaring.

You get a recording EVERY time you call this office. The nurses are very rude and have aactually hung up in my face after waiting over a week for a call back. I am switching doctors today and reporting to the BBB. I have heard these complaints from several other individuals in the Mandeville/Covington area.

I love Dr.Samuals he takes the time to make sure he runs all the tests he makes sure every area is covered he explains what the problems are and he is accurate. It takes 4 - 5 hours but well worth it knowing about my health .I love the Doc my rating 100%
