I had a great experience and great care.

Couldn't get past the woman who answered the phone (Rachel) ! She couldn't change my appointment and never called me back ! Very poor customer service!

A few month ago when I had a regular check up I was told by the doctor "you have macular degeneration" no additional comments or any explanations and I was sent home, but making an appointment for a year later. What I have read about this illness I should not have to wait that long. I do not want to go blind why does the doctor want me too? I let you pick a rating.

The optician office took my order and when the glasses came back I was so very disappointed. The girls that took my order screwed or up and didn't want to fix the problem. $300 gone down the drain. I haven't been able to wear these glasss a single day.

One of the finest eye surgeons in the North State. Very professional and personable. The assisting staff are very thorough and pleasant. I would recommend Dr. Silverstein to anyone having eye concerns.

Dr. Silverstein performed cataract surgeries and I was very satisfied with the results. I followed the post surgical instructions which is important in the healing process. He called me the next day after each surgery to check on my progress. I appreciated this! Also, his staff at his surgical center were great and made me feel at ease prior to surgery.
