Likes to use magic to entertain in his office. However, Doctor used my humana insurance to prescribe for himself, and not to pay for his med. and picked them up at CVS. On ocean drive FLL. Found out through UM. on a regular check up, when I was asked if I was using this med and I told them, I never knew or heard about it. I was told it was prescribed by a Doctor Starr, then I knew. FRAUD! I had those records printed out. Also, racial comments on black families patients coming to see him living off the welfare system with better cars than his, and having children to SCAM the government, and that these "people," should be sterilized after two kids, since he ends up paying out of his taxes for them. Something… typical of "blacks," not marrying to scam the system. Own words to me. I know him personally and always makes racist jokes about blacks.
