Dr. Bruce E Sullivan, MD

I received a bill from Dr Sullivan with a handwritten note from him. He complained that this bill has not been paid. He added he is not a medicare provider. and my supplemental insurance did not cover my oral surgery. I showed my insurance cards to the receptionist on my first visit so I thought I was covered. After each visit I asked the receptionist how much I owed. Finally after my last visit I asked the receptionist how much I owed and she said she would let me know which she never did. He complained that he never received a response to his bills. I looked on this website and now I see the receptionist is incompetent.

Called 2 times, leaving a message to call me back urgent, my implant was infected, never received the call back, very very irresponsible

I did like Dr. Sullivan as a dentist, and I also liked the dental assistant who helped preform my wisdom teeth extraction, but I would not recommend that ANYONE use his service until he fires his only receptionist, Janet, who is incompetent beyond belief. After her losing my insurance information in the mail, failing to return my calls consistently, even when I attempted 3+ times and when the message was urgent, and--MOST IMPORTANTLY--failing to call in prescriptions for Valium the night before my surgery and THE DAY LATER failing to call in nausea medication while I was miserable and vomiting--it was the fault of the fax machine, and the insurance information was lost in the mail, of course--I am beyond livid with her lack of performance and rudeness (including the rudeness of his answering service), and would not return to Dr. Sullivan's office. It's really too bad, but if the face of your practice is someone who makes your patients doubt the quality, promptness, and attentiveness of… your service, you are not a dentist that I would recommend. BEWARE.

All 3 of my friends and myself have gone to Dr. Sullivan. He is Normally great for pulling teeth but this time we ALL HAVE INFECTIONS IN OUR MOUTHS FROM DIRTY EQUIPMENT AND SECRETARY IS COMPLETLY CLUELESS AFTER WAITING SIX HOURS FOR A CALL BACK SHE SAYS ITS TOO BUSY HERE TODAY GO TO ER. AND THAT DENTIST IS NOT IN TOMORROW EITHER. HE SEEMS TO NECER BE IN HIS OFFICE ACCORDING TO HIS STUPID SECRETARY AND U CAN MEVER SPEAK TO DR. SULLIVAN DIRECTLY!! Good luck all 4 of US ARE SICK IN SERIOUS MOUTH PAIN AND SECRETARY WONT CALL IN PRESCRIPTION CAUSE DENTIST HAD A BUSY DAY. SHE IS SSSSOOOOO RUDE!!
