Dr. Bruce Lee Warshauer, MD

Although I have been a patient of Dr. Warshauer in the past along with my deceased mother the receptionist first said that she wasn't able to find records of us as existing patients. With my persistence she was able to find my mother but refused to confirm the correct spelling of my name and basically told me that she doesn't have time to look for me. I'm probably better off taking my business elsewhere and leaving the family doctor of our past!

The staff is warm and reassuring and welcoming be it the first or 15th visit. Dr. Warshauer is a kind, gentle, and compassionate human being which makes him an even better doctor. I've been a patient for almost 10 years - and plan to continue.

I chose Dr. Warshauer as my dermatologist about 20 years ago after a great deal of research. I was looking for a doctor bright enough not to be offended when I asked a lot of questions. His excellent educational background suggested to me that he would meet this criterion, and my interactions with him over the years have tended to confirm my suspicion that he is very bright. In regard to treatment courses, he seems able to very quickly evaluate several potential alternatives in his head before suggesting his preference. By and large, Dr. Warshauer, has been very patient with me and my questions all these years. He has always welcomed my input regarding treatment choice. While his office is quite well organized, he goes out of his way to take the time to provide whatever explanation might be necessary. In addition, Dr. Warshauer reliably calls after hours if there is a special problem between visits. Dr. Warshauer, I believe, has a genuine interest in dermatology and is a co-author… of a peer-reviewed article on a particular skin cancer medication. I moved out of state recently, and am having a difficult timing finding a dermatologist of the same quality. ( I think I finally found some good leads, though.)
