Rude, arrogant, and from what I have learned since, behind the times with his medical knowledge.

I would rate this as no stars if I could. His office staff is very nice and easy to work with. The Dr. on the other hand is rude, unprofessional, has a personal vm attached to his office that goes to a "Kim" and is often FULL. I had an MRI scheduled with Jefferson and my insurance required an authorization. He did not have this authorized and was out of town at a medical conference and could not address it in time. My appt was canceled and took over a week to obtain. Today I talk to him just to find out what else I can do until I come in to lessen the pain; he says he needs me to come in so he can wrap it again. This costs $75 and only lasts 1 day, I am not able to do this every day until I can get an MRI and wait for the results. He kept saying I was not "compliant" and that he is not the Dr for me if I am not compliant. Compliance meant I should have kept the appt scheduled even though the MRI hasn't occurred. I have never been talked to like this by a Dr. Honestly I… questioned his practice due to the unprofessional approach when I did see him. Now I think he is a jerk and has ZERO manners or consideration for a patient in pain. I would NEVER recommend this Dr.
