Dr. Bryan Edward Abernathy, MD

I first met him in the '80s I immediately liked him. He is easy to talk to with a pleasant and casual manner. He makes you feel very comfortable to be able to tell him anything. I have seen him for various reasons since. Having health problems much of my I have seen so many doctors. Many scared me, some made feel like my questions were not important and some were just hateful. The man is one of the very few that I speak highly of. He always makes you feel important and answers all of your questions. He is special.

I have used Dr. Abernathy for 15 years or more, I was forced by my insurance company to use another Doctor at one point and that was a disaster. I went back to The Abernathy Clinic and paid for out of network Doctor care fee. When you have an appointment you are usually taken in at your appointment time they a lot the appropriate amount of time for each client as not to have a waiting room full restless sick patients. My only complaint would be, that Doctor and I are the same age and I hope he does not retire before I die LMBO, I don't want to look for a competent Doctor at my age.

Took the time to talk and I did not feel rushed at all. Dr. Abernathy is the rare doctor who will sit and listen.

the best md in town if you need to see him and they are booked up they will try to work you in.he takes time for you will not just run you through like cattle all ways in a good mood and is just a good down home person.would not go to any other doctor

Dr. Abernathy takes the time with me and my family to give us excellent health care. He has been our physician since 2008 and we have never doubted his medical expertise. We would never go to anyone else. He takes as much time as is necessary to make sure he has diagnosed us correctly and always follows up on our progress. If we are sick and need to be seen promptly, the staff tells us to come immediately. His staff is always very pleasant, organized and professional. He is a very competent and caring doctor. We will always be patients of Dr. Abernathey's, as long as he continues to practice. I actually do not know what our family would do without him.

I have gone to Dr. Abernathy for 10 years. He is different from the typical Dr.in that he never talks down to you and always addresses every problem you have and never dismisses anything. He is very easy to talk to, never gives up on a problem. His office staff and nurse Amy are the BEST. He may run behind schedule sometimes but you are understanding of that once you realize that he always spends as much time with you as you need. He never tries to rush you through even when you know he's running behind and I really appreciate that. I could go on forever about how great he is but will end with saying it is impossible to find a greater Dr.
