Dr. Bryan Dean Beall, MD

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the care I received from Dr. Bryan D. Beall in the Emergency Department on June 28, 2026. My experience was unacceptable for the following reasons: * **Dismissal of Pain:** I presented to the ED with level 8 pain and extreme difficulty moving. Despite my clear communication of this severity, the provider documented that I was "not in acute distress," which is a gross misrepresentation of my physical state. * **Rough and Unprofessional Examination:** During the rectal exam, the provider was physically rough, causing me significant pain and distress. This reaction was entirely ignored and omitted from the medical notes. * **Failure to Provide Adequate Care:** As a 33-week pregnant patient, I expected a thorough evaluation. Instead, the provider performed no diagnostic imaging or laboratory tests to rule out serious issues and abruptly dismissed me, telling me that my care was not his responsibility and that I should see my OB… instead. * **Inaccurate Documentation:** The claim in the medical record that there was "shared decision making" is false. I was given no meaningful opportunity to discuss my condition or options, and I felt completely abandoned by the provider. This visit was traumatic and lacked basic clinical empathy and professional rigor. I expect a formal investigation into this encounter and a correction of my medical records to reflect the reality of my visit. If he treated me correctly on time. I wouldn’t experience a surgery.
