I rate Dr Chen as one of the best Physicians have ever met. He is skilled, friendly, and best of all, actually listens intently to your concerns. Will see you the same day, if you have questions, and really is a credit to the medical profession.

After a simple procedure, I ended up being in the hospital for 7 days. I almost lost my leg. Worst experience of my life.

I went to get my moles checked because I recently found out my mom had a melenoma cancer and was worried I might get one too. Dr C and staff were pleasant, thorough and gave me some nice sunscreen samples. Would definitely recommend this office - will be sending my husband to get his skin checked too.

I've had several skin conditions treated by him and I have to say, he's done a great job and surpassed by expectations. But what I appreciate the most about him is his honesty and caring manner.

I went to get laser treatment from Dr Chen after reading his comments on realself.com.I wanted to get rid of ugly blood vessels and brown spots on the face. His office was nice, the staff were friendly and the wait was minimal. I really appreciated Dr Chen's honesty and the fact that he did not try to push procedures on me. He just gave me my options and recommended the ipl laser. The treatment was a little uncomfortable, but he warned me about this beforehand so I knew what to expect. The results were totally worth it. A lot of the brown spots and redness on my face are gone. Yay! I highly recommend this office to everyone.

I went to see dr Chen for a lot of blood vessels and sun spots on the face that I hate. He recommended the ipl laser to remove them. I really liked that when he talked to me about the treatment, he was very straight forward and said that the laser would be painful and recommended numbing medicine.During the consultation, he was very informative, made me feel comfortable and was not at all pushy. Anyhow, I had the laser done a week later and the pain really wasnt bad. After a single treatment a lot of the redness and liver spots are gone! I absolutely love the results and plan to see him again for another laser treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Chen and this office if you are looking for an honest doctor who is not pushy.

I went to insight dermatology because of a bump on my nose which was bothering me mainly for cosmetic reasons. Dr. Chen recommended burning off the bump with an electrical device. I repeatedly enquired whether that would cause another scar on the nose and was repeatedly told that it should heal up in just a few days. Now it has been 3 months and there is an unsightly scar which is much worse than the original bump. In addition, there is no follow up from the doctor's office. I think Dr. Chen's medical advice was incorrect and was actually counter to some of the other dermatologists I had visited (all of them had told me to leave the bump alone). Dr. Chen seems like a nice person but I would recommend that you stay away from the practice, especially for cosmetic procedures.

Dr. Chen is very professional and smart. He diagnosed my skin condition immediately and the medication he prescribed helped clear up my skin quickly. He is very honest, his staff is friendly, his office is nice and clean. Lots of free parking too and convenient off of the freeway.

Dr. Chen has been following my skin problem for a few years now. I had been to several dermatologists in the area before I came to him. He did the best job in treating my skin condition. I appreciate his caring manner and concern too. He's the best!
