Took my mom to see Desouza years ago to be treated for beginnings of dementia. I, her daughter was primary caretaker. While he was somewhat helpful to my mom, he was totally rude and unprofessional to me. I had to call him maybe 3 times in all the years my.mom saw him, he never once called me back. He was really rude to me in the hospital and one time while in the hospital , he had called in and was talking to one of the nurses about my mother. I asked him if I could talk to Desouza when he was finished and the nurse told me he(Desouza) didn't want to and hung up. The nurse said to me " I'm really sorry, I don't know this guy, I didn't know he was like that." He virtually ignored me, treated me badly. My mom has since passed, but I would never go to him if he was the last neurologist on earth. Never.

Dr Byan Desuza is a notorious neurologist who accept immense amount of money from defense attorney insurance firm and write fake report of patient in order for the insurance company to win the case. Dr Byan Desuza licence need to be suspended by PA Medical board. Dr Byan Desuza licence is dangerous to the society. Dr Byan Desuza has no shame in coming up with imaginary findings of past and present medical history of people. Dr Byan Desuza is money minded and dance in tunes with defense attorney insurance firm to write fake report of patient in order for the insurance company to win the case. “Karma” is not going to leave Dr Byan Desuza. All the fake report he is creating about patients, God will give him punishment if no PA/ USA medical board is not punishing him. Dr Byan Desuza is dangerous to the society and American people so authorities need to take immediate action against him. It is a shame Dr Byan Desuza write report same as per request of his defense attorney insurance firm to… cover up and win the case by insurance and Defendant/Employer work man compensation claim. So insurance company can deny the claim.

Dr Desouza masterfully manages my headaches and tremors. He is an amazing pharmacologist and when I report a change in symptoms, he is able to adjust my medications to achieve the desired outcome. I like the way he approaches health, offering not just medication solutions , but also supplements and lifestyle changes. He is very encouraging, approachable, and supportive!

My mom took a bad fall. Five years she had terrible pain in her head,eyes,and ears. No doctor could help her. Dr. DeSouza was recommended. From the very first time I brought her in he knew how to help her. She started smiling again. Forgot to tell you she was 85, and had dementia for the last 7 years. He made my mother’s last 5 years of life so comfortable, and happy. He had her medicated perfectly. Her pains where gone, and I was in awe of Dr. DeSouza. At least 10 other specialists checked her out, and no one could help her. In 2018 I took a fall. I had moved to Brigantine NJ. It was a head injury. I was taken for a cat scan, and they told me I had brain damage. Needless to say I made a appointment immediately with Dr. DeSouza. Brought my cat scan up which he said was not very clear. Had a MRI, and no brain damage. I am now properly medicated right, and I see Dr. DeSouza regularly. I took care of my elderly parents for 10 years. Dealt with the medical field for years. I have never… meant a doctor with so much compassion, and knowledge as Dr. DiSouza. He is a genius. I am so blessed to have him for a doctor.

Dr. Desouza is exceptional. He takes extra time as needed with patients and listens patiently. He was exceptionally thorough in coordinating a complex medical issue with multiple specialists and went a avid and beyond advocating for the best care. He’s really exceptional and I felt like I was really evaluated thoroughly. Also, his office wait time is very short, and office receptionist was very nice too. As an FYI, remember to bring cash or check for copay as you cannot pay with credit card.

After many years, and many other doctors' visits, for debilitating neck and head pain, I found Dr. Bryan X. Desouza, MD. Dr. Desouza has alleviated so much of my pain that I am now able to function normally.

Dr. Desouza is an excellent doctor and person. He takes a personal interest in diagnosing all patient symptoms and is the most thorough physician I have ever seen! He is also very kind and really cares about his patients. I wish all doctors were more like him!
