Dr. Bryan Todd Kansas, MD

Dr Kansas was supposed to fix an injury and made it 100 times worse. Kate Henderson, regional president summarily dismissed me when I reached out to try to get resolution versus going through Texas medical board or a lawsuit. Urology Austin doesn't seem to care about anybody except their money even though I will be permanently disfigured and lost functions.

Dr.Bryan Kansas is and has been my urologist and surgeon for my urological issues and for the past couple of years of which Dr. Bryan Kansas have been always providing for me friendly and knowledgeable care and support during my past four surgeries that have been very successful and during all the before and after consultation visits that has been very beneficial to me mentally and physically for me to continue to live a better and healthier lifestyle!!! My personal opinion of Dr. Bryan Kansas is that during all of my couple of years that he has been my urologist and surgeon that I have to say that I consider and recommend Dr. Bryan Kansas as being the very best urologist and surgeon at Urology Austin!!! I highly recommend his friendly and knowledgeable care and service to all upcoming patients that may want outstanding and reliable urologist that I know that they will be very pleased as being one of his patients!!! Had a 3 piece implant by Bryan Kansas in November of 2021. Implant got infected and had to be removed in March 2022 the cost of the implant was 16 thousand I was told that the implant had a lifetime warranty no matter what. I knew I would have to pay for having another surgery and doctor fees around 5 thousand , but one day before I was to have the replacement unit put in the nurse called me and told me I was responsible for the cost of a new implant around 20 thousand. I called to talk to Dr. Kansas who had his nurse tell me infection is not covered. I told her about the lifetime warranty under any reason. All I was told is sorry and still no response from Dr. Bryan Kansas after numerous messages left from me.

Surgery results woefully inadequate and postoperative care brief and impersonal.

I have been going to Dr. Kansas for over ten years and he has done several surgeries on me. I have been greatly satisfied and he is the easiest doctor I have ever had to talk to regarding personal matters. In my book he is great.

I had an elevated PSA, physical was negative but recommended asking more questions, did the MRI, that got a little scarier but he kept it calm. Recommended more questions, did the biopsy and the result was no cancer. Whole process professionally guided (comfort and care to the max.) Strongly recommend!

Dr. Kansas is everything you would want in a doctor. He is kind, he is caring, he answers all your questions and is so easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anybody.

I saw him for erectile problems, which is supposed to be his speciality. He was nice and caring, and prescribed the standard meds etc., did some blood-flow tests (which did show noticeably low blood flow), and suggested some supplements, although nothing helped much. (Note that he tried to sell me the supplements himself for lots of money -- something unfortunately that too many doctors do -- although didn't pressure me.) The big problem though is he missed the actual diagnosis! It was a psychiatrist who later told me I had post-SSRI sexual dysfunction and prescribed Wellbutrin, which fixed everything. Given that I had been on Zoloft for years with associated sexual issues, and even told Kansas that things had gotten even worse when I went off, you'd think this would be an obvious diagnosis! How can he have missed this???

Dr. Kansas is great. Samrt and knows what he is doing. He is always there for us to answer questions or help. Thank You Dr Kansas.
