Dr. Bryan Philip Keegan, MD

dont go here to dr bryan keegan office. the front desk receptionist will not forward calls to the dentist. my teeth were infected and the front desk 'L' would not give the call to dr keegan or any of my phone calls. the front desk L would not submit my insurance information for a pre treatment plan. its odd because i never spoke to dr keegan after my appointment the front desk recept would not give dr keegan my calls. i waited all day for his call about my teeth being infected. the front desk 'L' would not let me speak to a dental assistant either.

They make mistakes in filing insurance claims and then when the money doesn't come in they threaten the patient with attorneys, even though I kept calling to find out the payment status. It is shameful. Don't deal with them, unless the physicians get a new administrative staff.

Dr. Keegan was kind and caring with my daughter. I felt very confident with his excellent care.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. Office closes before advertised times and getting appointments is difficult. The office staff is sub-par often making mistakes in insurance reimbursement and documentation of procedures. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they never willing to take responsibility fro their own mistakes. They should've respected my decision. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.
