Dr. Bryan Jeffrey Krol, MD

I went to ENT & Allergy Specialists to see Dr. Bryan J. Krol. The doctor is good but his office's billing practices are horrible. During the visit Dr. used a nasal endoscopy device for a few minutes. I did not realize that that will be a separate charge. I was not warned by orally by the doctor or his staff. I was billed for a $330 charge for a device used for few minutes. If I knew this is a separate device I would have called my insurance company. For a patient that is not much different than the use of a stethoscope for a patient. My insurance did not cover the bill. I then called the billing department of ENT & Allergy Specialists and they told me that I signed a document accepting such additional charges. Yes, I signed paper work. Am I a doctor, how would I know what these procedures are on those papers? I should have been verbally warned by the doctor or his staff that this is a separate procedure that will be billed. In addition $330 is too much of a high price for a decide used… less than 2 minutes. The doctor's office says is no way to lower the bill. I recommend staying away from this business unless you want to pay very high bills!!!

Dr. Krol did an operation on my sinuses that fixed my problems which have bothered me for many years. He was very informative and got it done.

Dr. Krol Changed my life! Until my recent surgery, I have been living the last 15 years barely being able two breath through my nose. Due to previous surgeries and scar tissue, he had his work cut out to try to repair the damage. Needless to say I now breathe better than I have in my whole life!! His professionalism and kindness is second to none and I am so glad I trusted him to help me! If you need an incredible ENT in the Cincinnati area, do yourself a favor and call Dr. Krol first! Thanks for everything!!

He solved my kids ear infection problems

Dr. Krol and his assistant were amazing. He is great with kids but is ENT for our entire family. The best!

Solved my nasal blockage problem.

My kids had terrible ears as babies with constant ear infections. They were in pain every night, until Dr. Krol placed ear tubes for 2 of them. Both kids who had tubes placed immediately were fine and had no more infections. My oldest daughter had less infections and Dr. Krol did not recommend tubes for her, and she eventually grew out of the problem. He was very kind and serious and informative. I highly recommend him and his staff and the surgery center where the tubes were placed as well.
