Dr. Bryan Ludwig, MD

Dr. Ludwig was absolutely amazing. He took so much time explaining our patient’s surgery and answering our question. We felt 100% confident in in advice and I would recommend him to anyone needing his expertise!!!

Appointment was fast, wait time was between 5-10 min. Explained my problem well. was supposed to give me a referral to a good ENT before leaving his office I said I did not want anyone in the Troy area, I preferred the Dayton area. He forgot to give me the name of one before I left. I talked a few days later with a person on his staff and asked them to speak with him about an ENT. They called back and gave me the name of an ENT in Troy, I said I don't want the Troy area. They called back a few minutes later and said he was referring me to Southwest ENT here in Troy. Not happy with his feedback, someone did not pay attention to what I asked for.

I was super interested in getting seen by this Doctor. His reviews are superb. However, office staff can leave a lasting impression. The person i spoke with on the phone was pretentious and therefore, i did not pursue an appointment with the doctor. I prefer a humbled energy. That was not at all the case with this person.

Very caring, compassionate, and patient.
