I went to urgent care and Dr massenburg rudly asked me why I was there and “ what do you expect me to do”!? I had hurt my knee and he had no clue what to do or tell me. I said do I need rest, brace? Crutches? He said yea sure sounds good, can’t hurt. So I left paying a bill and got nothing!

Dismissed all concerns brought up on new blisters on my leg 1 week after a poison ivy flare up. Did not take a sample for culture, did not ask appropriate questions during the history, did not look at it for more than 3 seconds. Prescribed a pregnancy category C cream to an 8 month pregnant woman. Went back the very next morning as it had worsened receiving the same nonchalant bedside manner spending only a few minutes total with me both visits. Very disturbing and upsetting to me as a healthcare provider. Ended up going to a dermatologist for a second opinion and had a biopsy. Should have actual answers tomorrow.
