Dr. Bryan Anthony Mckenzie, MD

Dr. Mckenzie was very thorough in my exam. He reviewed the last 20 years of ENT tests and notes. He listened to me and asked precise questions. He was able to help narrow my issues down to a few conditions. Truly the first help I've had in 10 years.

Dr. MacKenzie is a fantastic doctor and he took great care of me. He diagnosed and treated a condition that I had been experiencing for just about a year. I highly recommend him!!

I have been visiting Dr. Mckenzie for couple of months now. I have a medical history of ear infections, resulting in multiple surgery. Dr. Mckenzie diagnosed and operated upon me for right ear cholesteatoma. He also performed a small procedure on the eustachian tube, post which I have no breathing issues which existed prior to the surgery. This was the best surgery experience I ever had. He makes the patient very comfortable and has great bedside manners. He is usually very occupied, hence getting an appointment is quite tough. My husband is also undergoing a surgery with him shortly. I highly recommend him for any ENT related issues.

I had vertigo, was sent to the hospital, seen by Dr. McKenzie who did a procedure and helped considerably.Follow up in his office, another procedure and I'm "cured." No recurrence.He is an excellent doctor, great attitude and knows his medicine that is for sure.I'm recommending friends to him as well.

Through a mastoidectomy, 2 emergency revisions (one of them on a saturday), and a cholesteotoma, Dr. McKenzie went above and beyond. Admittedly, he takes some getting used to. At first, I thought he was an arrogant jerk, but boy was I wrong. He isn't arrogant, he is confident that he knows what he's doing. That's what you want in a micro-surgeon, right? Anyone considering a visit to him for any ENT related issue, stop thinking and GO! I can't guarantee he'll fix you, but I can guarantee that he will give it his all. Dr. McKenzie will either help you, or send you to someone who can. I'm not saying he's a saint, but my life has been in his hands 6 times (not because of any error on his part, I had a stubborn ear), and I came out on the other side each time (now I am pain and ENT problem free). He made me change my mind about doctors, and convinced me that NOT ALL of them are jerks. He is a good guy; give him a chance and he'll take good care of you.P.S. yeah, it's a long wait, but it's… worth it. Thanks Dr. McKenzie, you are THE ABSOLUTE BEST. You saved my ear, and probably my life.

I have been a patient of Dr. McKenzie since he first joined this practice. I am quite surprised at the two bad ratings, even calling him a jerk, which he isn't at all. Dr. McKenzie has performed numerous surgeries on me. I wouldn't think of changing doctors. It is difficult to get an appointment, but if you are having a particular problem, his triage nurse is always willing to run inference. Great doctor.

My daughter has a complicated ear issue and has been to numerous ENTs- including Hopkins. She has also under gone numerous surgeries. Out of all of the doctors that she has seen we have been the most pleased with Dr. Mckenzie. He takes his time with her and explains everything to us. He is very patient and thorough. The only bad thing is that it is difficult to schedule appointments with him. With have the utmost confidence in this doctor.

Very good surgeon. Made it through a mastoidectomy (for cholestiatoma) and had no complications. Then had a successful OCR. He is hard to get an appointment with though.
