He is a very caring doctor, who listens to you and trys to help you any way he can. Definitely would recommend him!!

The only reason I have one star selected was because it would not let me go further without selection of one... because trust me I would have selective negative stars. My mother had gone to the dr with severe cramping and pain. The office sent her to get tesing... she in the meantime had to the ER and only here did they advise her of the test results that shows she has a severe Bacteiral infection and now contains crystals... as well as a Wedge compression fracture .. The results were NEVER relayed to her, and when you call the offrice, you will be on hold listening to the repetive message that due to a high volume of calls expect longer than normal wait time. This happens daily and you NEVER get to a person.. I have been on the phone for over an hour the first time and after being disconnected I am now working on 29 minutes and counting. This is not just a call to discuss making a routine appointment but a legit issue that needs attention...

Dr. Brian P. Negrini practices internal medicine, medication-assisted addiction therapy, and Emergency Medicine if not others. An affable man that is in his element in a care setting and is held in the highest esteem among his patients, staff, and colleagues alike. A teaching physician and University of Michigan and PITT Medical School ALumni boarded in several specialties as well as a director of hospitalist care at a prominent Pgh hospital. Dr, Negrini's affable nature, true compassion, up beast respect for humanity in general, and his stellar reputation known in every unit of the massive UPMC health system, as his patient, should you be hospitalized, you can expect an air of respect regarding your treatment as simply understanding you are one of his patients seem s to motivate his colleagues to do anything necessary to solve any problem you may have. Larger than life, extensively educated and published, he is also a very personal healer and any authorizations, insurance… problems, or misunderstanding are solved over the phone immediately as he often answers his own calls after hours if there is a legitimate reason for the call. Having worked with and instructed my countless physicians, I am profoundly impressed.

They come no more affable, respectable, and trustworthy.

A steadfast student of best practices never daunted in improving such, prolific publisher and teacher. A closer embodiment of the most admirable facets of the ancient Preist/Physician you will not find. Ivy League educated, multidisciplinary, and compassionate to the nth degree. The true embodiment of a physician who believes that Diseases desperately acquired, by desperate means is cured. A paragon in academic and clinical practice. I've met hundreds of physicians in clinical settings, and I can say nothing more appropriate than referring Dr. Byan Negrini as a prodigy of the greatest minds of medicine. A consummate professional with an enviable demeanor with no inclination for punitive medicine. Timely, personable, and a physician with the rare ability to treat body mind and spirit. Prompt, Courteous, and likely aversive to such praise. In the UPMC health system, the mention of his name initiates a new atmosphere of care. A dauntless patient advocate.

I have found Dr. Negrini to be a very good physician in my experiences. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and more times than not correct with his diagnosis and treatments. One problem though --- he seems to never stay in one location for any length of time. You just get established with him and all of a sudden he has either closed or left a practice and moved on to a new location and distant area. Unfortunately, this has happened more than once leaving the patient without care. I actually had followed him to several different practices until now. I believe he is now located in the Butler area ......BUT for how long? Very sad because he is a very talented and gifted doctor.

I needed a new PCP since we moved. I thought that Dr. Negrini's rating and education would mean he is a good Dr. He was not. He made up a chief complaint, did not perform testing to prove diagnosis, copied non-relevant/no longer existing diagnosis from my previous PCP chart, and billed me incorrectly for an office visit vs a routine wellness exam. I work in healthcare & know that he took advantage of the billing sys bc he thinks he had the elements to do so. He conveniently left the practice after 2 wks so I could not ask him what he did to my chart. Very unethical way to perform healthcare.
