Dr. Bryan D Raybuck, MD

I was not informed of the long term treatment, including meds. Dr Raybuck did not see us on the day of surgery. Courtney, Coord., apologized often when I called seeking information. She stated she has 1,000 patients. She stated Ruby is a teaching hospital and that a discrepancy in the chart may have been attributed to the fact that a Fellow, not a Dr, performed a procedure, implying a lower standard of care. She stated to keep in mind that Ruby is a teaching hospital. When I asked for clarification, she cried while on the phone with me. She stated that the six month follow-up would not be in person. I asked when Dr Raybuck would call. She stated that I wouldn't hear from him. Rather, I'd receive a call from her. Proper informed consent was missing. I would say poor bedside manner, but there was none, as we didn't see Dr Raybuck at all after the first appt. He didn't talk with family following the procedure. Terrible communication. I do not recommend this physician.

Dr. Raybuck was very professional. He took the time to explain the upcoming procedure and how it would be preformed. We have been very pleased with him and would recommend him to others

This doctor is extremely rude and I had to call the answering service 3 times before he returned my call over 4 hours later. When he did call back, he was very short and did not listen to the problem that I was having- he was just interested in getting off the phone. I have never had such a poor experience with a doctor.

Dr. Raybuck is a good Dr. but he did not give me enough time on my oppointment to asked my all questions especially when i just got another stent in my heart. He is always in hurry when patient needs more satisfaction.

Arrogant and tends to perform unnecessary surgical procedures.
