He is awesome.Great diagnostician.

Have been seeing Dr Reid since he came to Spring Road FP. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a family dr. Very through in his exams. Will spend as much time as needed to explain exactly what the problem is. Always returns phone calls and refers to appropriate specialists. Staff is always friendly and helpful, Hopefully he will be at Spring Road for a long time. The best dr I've found in this area since I moved here 25 years ago.

good doc. knows his medicine. generous with his time. practice limits visits to 15 minutes, but Dr. Reid will spend more time if necessary. not a pill pusher. definitely recommend.

He really cares, yes sometimes the waiting time to see him is a bit, but he takes care of everything. Been patient for a long time. wouldn't change doctors if you paid me. Worth the hour drive.

I have been seeing Bryan Reid for as long as he has been at Springroad. He listens and he hears. He asks questions relevant to my general health, not just the particular complaint that brought me there. He questions my welfare and prompts me to get regular screenings appropriate for my age. His knowledge, memory and intelligence amaze me. He trusts me and works with me. He has been a vital member of my team in battling chronic illness. He hurries only to to cover everything in a timely manner and I don't feel rushed. He is honest with me, encourages me when chronic symptoms wear me down and hugs me as I leave. He has been a vital member of my team in battling chronic illness. I rely on him and his opinions very much.

Although the wait time my be longer to see him it is because he does not rush his appointments and if extra time is needed he takes it. Having been one of those who has made the appointment run longer than it should due to necessity I would find it very hard to complain when he does the same for others.

We have gone to Dr. Reid 4 times for the exact same problem (obviously don't want to go into detail) that my daughter was having. I continued to give the benefit of the doubt as I have no medical training, but he will not do any further testing to get to the root of the problem. My daughter has been prescribed the same medicine every time and the same symptoms continued to appear. After frustration and being ignored by both the doctor and staff (after leaving messages for the doctor), we went to a different doctor that ran several test that he said were considered 'routine' for this type of problem. Dr. Redi ran none of these. 2 hours later, the diagnosis was completely different than anything Dr. Reid had given and my daughter has not had any problems since. This was approximately 6 months ago.
