I'D GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. This office was completely negligent in my father's care. The doctor listed on this google listing was not his personal doctor, another doctor in the process of retiring was. They failed to inform him of two abnormal ct scans over the last 4 years because they weren't done through Mercy(who consistently fails to call and schedule the scans in the first place). After three years of sporadic hemoptysis(with a family history of lung cancer) he was told over the phone he needed to see an ENT, they suspected blood was coming from his sinuses without examining him. He finally had had enough, was severely short of breath and requested another CT scan, only to be told insurance wouldn't cover it he needed an X-ray first. AND GUESS WHAT HAPPENED NEXT. The X-ray was abnormal and he was told to go to the ER immediately. Long story short, LARGE tumor blocking his airway, after further inspection through bronchoscopy and tests he now has himself a stage… IV metastatic lung cancer diagnosis. When the office was questioned about the CT scans over the last few years, they were condescending and said they never got them and asked why didn't my dad FOLLOW UP ON HIS CT SCANS. After explaining that's impossible he had one in 2018 and 2019 AND because the imaging center has record of sending them, miraculously they were FOUND! The rude woman on the phone proceeded to tell my mother that my father wasn't forth coming with his symptoms, despite there being numerous records of him calling the office ABOUT SOB AND HEMOTYPSIS in MYchart. We obtained print outs of the CTs from the imaging center and lo and behold on both of them big bold letters ALERT ABNORMAL SCAN!!!!!! After this call, notes and the "over the phone ENT referral" magically disappeared from his online record. Fast forward a week to his follow up with the pulmonologist who did the broncoscope: walked in and asked my dad what he was there for! Then proceeded to put him on amoxicillin to be sure the pneumonia he saw last week was cleared up. After a few days, my dad pulled up his my chart to find that the type of bacterial infection he had in his lung was RESISTANT TO THE ANTIBIOTIC HE WAS GIVEN. IT TOOK A TWO SECOND GOOGLE SEARCH TO FIGURE THAT OUT. Complete and utter incompetence and carelessness that will no doubt cost my dad precious years of seeing his grandchild grow up, working(which he loved), and living. You should all be sickened with yourselves for making A STRING OF such careless simple mistakes that BEGAN TWO YEARS BEFORE COVID(so the pandemic is no excuse). Is this another example of what monopolizing health care does or is this particular office full of careless medical professionals?! Avoid this place at all costs, but since there's such a monopoly going on: if you have to come here be prepared to babysit the people who are supposed to be experts and professionals.

I trust him very much. I have significant asthma and breathing issues and do not trust most doctors but he is awesome! He’s very nice, patient and spends an appropriate amount of time with me.
