Saw Emily, NP followed by Dr. Basque, wait time acceptable, had xrays prior to seeing practitioners, very quick. Nothing practices were very through, took the time to listen to my thoughts and consider them when developing a treatment plan. Very understanding. This is an excellent practice, highly recommend the.!

Met with Dr. Basques assistant Emily Sullivan?? And she was terrific! She has set me straight on what I can do and not do as this was the first time anyone has told me anything…Wow! I’m now booked for PT and looking forward to the day I’m back rowing in the boat and doing everything else. Thank you Dr. Basques for engineering all that fancy hardware in my back and keeping this ol’ broad moving. Might this all last till I’m 100?

My visit today at Kettle Point was with Emily, an NP in Dr. B's practice. I had xrays first, there was almost no waiting for xrays or the meeting with Emily. Emily was wonderful. It was my first time meeting her. She was a great communicator, good eye contact & clear answers to my questions. She was very pleasant & supportive. We discussed my concerns & fears of osteoarthritis effecting other joints & what I can do to prevent it. We discussed diet, exercise & the best shoe choices. Overall, I left feeling cared for & optimistic. It was a great meeting.

I was very impressed with my visit with Dr. Bryce Basques. The doctor has a compassionate approach towards a patient. To me, Dr. Basques is a modern-day doctor with good-old-fashioned values. He gets to know a patient, is very informative, Takes the time to listen and explains everything clearly. His expertise and caring made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend Dr. Basques to family and friends.

I had a follow up with Dr.basque and saw his assistant instead...not what I wanted...was told different outcome after surgery and not happy about it..very stressful..I hope I don't need surgery again for Same issue if cyst returns. I was originally told it wouldn't but PA tells me otherwise...very stressful out now

Just met Dr Basgues yesterday for a surgery consult. He took his time. Answered all my questions. Explained everything in an easy to understand way. Never felt rushed and came away with a strong confidence in Dr Basques and his team.

The best they know what you need to recover anything

I had an appointment with Dr. Basques but I never saw him instead a very nice, smart and informative LPN came in and evaluated my pain and situation/symptoms. She was great but when I make an appointment with an MD I expect to be taken care of by the MD. It kind of felt like a bait and switch.

All staff at EG University Orthopedics are friendly, professional and efficient. I had my 1.5 year followup to neck surgery and all is well. Dr. Basques is wonderful on all counts, from bedside manner to skilled practitioner and for follow-up. Highly recommend.
