Dr. Bryce Bederka, MD

I received excellent care from this doctor.

Making an appointment is slowed by the health system "efficiencies". Dr. Bederka and his staff are tops. My daughters malformed joint cartilage was too much for our first surgeon who handed us over to Bederka. Our first Dr. was a orthopedic pediatric specialist and downright mean. The difference is astonishing. I am very pleased.

Dr. Bederka is fantastic as are the medical staff in the office. He's friendly, knowledgeable and clear. His billing staff on the other hand are horrible. I've been waiting for authorization for surgery and his condescending authorization staff haven't even sent in the forms. I was told I should expect it to take her a week or to even to fax a form to my health insurance. Seriously?

I love this guy. He's really nice, knows what he's talking about, spends time with you. He made my visit as pleasant as one could expect. I only wish his practice were on the east coast.The receptionist and the nurses are also great.

He talks fast, but this may just be that he's from (Chicago area ?) and still adjusting to us slower speaking Portlanders. He's exhibits great confidence. He did my knee surgery, my husband and I like him alright. Would definitely recommend him.
