During my mother's emergency room visit De. Bryce Hoffman was extremely rude and inconsiderate. He was very unfriendly and stern when asking my mother of her symptoms. And when he heard that another hospital's emergency room had sent us to the Mercy Westlakes emergency room because of a lack of rooms he said "well we will just send you back!" At that point I states that we can't go back because they are full and overflowing and we have been waiting all day. Then he got so angry and rude with me for stating the truth! I have never been treated that way by a doctor or any type of medical professional before. I states that we will NOT be going back to wait all night while my mother was in severe pain! He angrily left the room and never came back. Thankfully another Hospitalist took over after I complained about how rude we were treated. He knew we were desperate to get my mother proper care that night and choose to be the saddest excuse of a doctor we have ever experienced.
