She is fantastic. Truly cares and won’t stop trying to help you figure out what is wrong.

I am shocked at the other reviews of Dr. McConarty. My husband and I are both her patients and we are just beyond grateful to have found her. Not only is she an astute and insightful doctor, she also is intuitive and wise enough to recognize the interpersonal dynamics of each patient. Each time we have come to her with an issue, she has not only provided appropriate immediate care, but also shared a different and thoughtful perspective on other approaches to manage whatever we were facing. In other words, she is great at identifying what patients aren't telling her, whether the withholding is intentional or not, and helping her patients find real solutions for whatever they are encountering -- in a non-aggressive or demeaning way. She is a true partner in the management of our health, and we are very thankful that she is in our community.

STAY AWAY

Dr McConarty has absolutely no bedside manner. Instead of listening to her patients and working with them to come up with a treatment plan that works she prefers to chastise & ridicule them. Worst doctor I have ever been to. Would never recommend to anyone.

Doctor has a problem accepting patient input...and a poor knowledge of meds she prescribes

Dr. McConarty leaves no stone unturned...she could not be more thorough. She is very caring and pleasant. The Doctor and her nurse, Karissa work very well together making each visit very productive under tough conditions. Dr. McConarty is so well liked and knowledgeable, as word of mouth spreads her work day is going to be brutal , but is more than able to handle it!!!!!

Dr. M is clearly committed to and cares about her patients. The University medical practice seems to be extremely busy. It is dependent upon keeping electronic records and recording patient data. Sometimes the staff gets a bit lost on their CPU screens, but they can't necessarily be faulted. This is 21st century medicine: it is extremely systemized built for efficiency and could take a while to see a specialist - (4 months for a dermatologist) - but the Dr. still takes a good amount of time and is very thorough. I have recommended her to my friends and do so to you.

You couldn't ask for a better doctor.
