Dr. Burke Levister Jackson, MD

I’ve been a patient if Dr. Burke Jackson for about a year now and I’ve never had any problems, complaints or issues while visiting his office. And his staff is amazing!

Best doctor I’ve been to yet! I was getting migraines like crazy n he was the only one who could actually tell me why n fix it !! Something my last doctor never heard of!!

The wait was a bit lengthy but it was worth it to get to Dr. Jackson. He was the 1st doctor to take the time and talk with me about my illness and the treatment. He was even concerned about my opinion.

Please do not waste your time and money going to this disgusting place. The nurse is as rude as can be and basically makes all the decisions for the doctor. Last time I went for my apt Dr. Jackson couldn't even speak a sentence without dazing off or mumbling, not making any sense. Who knows what drugs he was on. He will also try to get you on suboxone if you are on any kind of pain meds just so he can make some money since its cash only. Also, suboxone has horrible side affects and is more addictive than any other narcotic. But who cares right? They are just money hungry since they see about 2-3 patients a day. To sum it all up, don't waste your time and money going to this doctor. He doesn't care about your well being or complaints. Also on my first apt, I basically did all the talking and self diagnosed myself since he said like two words to me and checked my reflexes. My 3 year old son could do what he does. So sad to call him a Doctor.

My wife is paralyzed from a stroke. Dr. Jackson has always taken his time to listen to her concerns and help her in anything she might need.

I work in the medical field and this is by far the worst clinic ive ever been to. In the lobby I was greeted by roaches on the floor.. it took them an hour to call us back to our appointment. Staff was rude and said they cant confirm my doctor so wanted me to be billed even though I have tricare and my pcm is Dr Jackson. Both my children and I were new patients that will never be returning. Oh and if you have a little one please steer clear of this place definitely. A little boy about the age of 4 was crying and shaking cause he was so cold in the lobby...the staff just stared at him. This place is horrible, unkept and very unorganized

I waited for 2 hours and finally walked out and told him to see me. I told him I had one condition and he said something completely different. He was slow and didn't seem like he knew what he was talking about, and he certainly didn't care about me as a patient.

dr. Jackson said we stunk had a body odor would not read my results for my test , he left right away then we left and then he says at his computer have a nice day to us , he is for all black people and very rude and he can barely walk by him self makes me wonder if he didn't use the bath room on his self and got dementia , I had to give one star because there's no zero

He is rude and will not give proper dose of meds he just tells u to get though the withdrals he's a phony addiction doctor

My mother was told to go Dr. Jackson for an emergency shot of steroids. When she got there, no one knew anything about this. Was told Jackson had left, After several calls from myself and her eye dr. from Palatka, She left to go get an emergency script filled. I spoke with office manager Jen next day was told Jackson had left with message to Alexia to give the shot,which did not happen either. Now they are all lying about the whole episode, and MY MOTHER IS BLIND! If you value your eye sight or life,stay away.
