EXCELLENT in every way.

Coming from a medical background (25 years surgical nurse) I feel qualified to leave this review for Dr. Alexander and his entire staff. Dr. Alexander was referred to me by my primary care physician. I was SO pleased with the TOP-SHELF service provided to me from the appointment secretary (amazing!), the admitting office staff, Charity (love her!) and the lab techs in Dracula's Pub. Everything is run like a well-oiled machine yet I never once felt *lost* in the crowd. As far as Dr. Alexander- he is just a phenomenal blood doctor. He's precise and full of energy; (think energize bunny here) it just radiates from him. I felt as if I were his only patient- He left no stone unturned. I can honestly rate Dr. Alexander and his staff the best of the best! Thank you.

Went to see Dr. Burton regarding a low platelet count, during my pregnancy. Dr. Burton was friendly BUT was real quick to get out of my room. He ordered some labs and sent me on my way. When I got to the lab the lady had long print out of labels. I asked her what lab work she was obtaining, and she was unable too. I asked for print out and all it has was medically coding, 12 tubes of blood later....I am out 358 dollars in lab costs. I never heard anything back from the office. I was too follow-up with the MD for more unnecessary testing (abdominal US). Needless to say please question lab orders...So you don't have to pay for unnecessary testing.

When I was diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer, Dr. Alexander's quick diagnosis and treatment saved my life. The night of my first office visit, Dr. Alexander called me. It was pouring down rain and Dr Alexander was driving with his sons in the car. He was thinking about my diagnosis and the best course of action for me. He pulled the car over and called to let me know what treatment he thought would give me the best chance of survival. I'd been given a 30% chance of survival. Within days I was receiving my first dose dense chemo treatment followed by surgery then radiation. His accuracy in diagnosis, dedication to my case, both at work and at home and beginning treatment in such a speedy manner, literally saved my life. Dr. Alexander is a brilliant, caring, knowledgable man. I'm very thankful for him.

Dr. A is the BEST!

Met Dr Alexander when I was in the hospital for a doulbe PE. His bedside manner and true concern for my well being have been keeping me positive about my health for over 6 years now. I consider him a true champion for his patients.

Has been treating my wife for Waldenstrom's Macroglobulenimia (a rare form of NHL) for the past 5 years. He is a knowledgeable and meticulous onc/hemo, but beyond that, he is a positive, upbeat, and caring individual who never forgets that his patients are human beings with feelings and worries. I would recommend him without hesitation and feel blessed that he is our doctor!
