Dr. Burton Carl Brooks, MD

Dr. Brooks was very nice and stopped to listen to my concern. Wait was a little long but the ER was very busy that day so we understand why we waited. Overall, very impressed with Dr. Brooks and Medical Center ER.

If Dr Brooks is on duty when you go to the emergency room , take a car , ambulance, cab ,whatever it takes to get out of his care ! And all you poor people who has shared the same bad experience with the er at the medical center and get a response saying they will look into this matter further, are wasting your time !!!!! The customer service representative, will find an excuse to say YOU did something wrong !! Not the doctor !!’ She doesn’t give a crap about anyone but herself, and getting her to answer her phone ! Forget it ! She NEVER answers her phone ( him) ???? Wonder why ?????!

I’ll keep writing these reviews until you learn how to handle a emergency situation, I’ll NEVER forget it and I hope you remember how you treated an 84 year old man in your care ! I hope you still are lucky enough to have your father and i hope you would want him treated like a human being , wouldn’t you ?????????, maybe not by your concern about mine !!!!

my 84 year old father was seen at the emergency room the day after thanksgiving last year , he had an obstructed Supra pubic catheter, not only did we wait 3 1/2 hours without so much as a glimpse of him , he did not know how to change the tube and even asked his nurse if she wanted to try it , and thankfully the triage nurse whom we saw when we came in knew and did change it , then because my elderly father refused bloodwork, he denied antibiotics ! His urine was pure blood !!!! I had several conversations with holly grey , the customer service representative for the medical center that went on for months , she had the nerve to say they investigated the situation and it was my fathers fault he did not receive antibiotics!!!!!!!!! She , nor the other people were there to see and hear my father beg for help, and in severe pain , which I personally see as neglect . Do yourself a favor if you care about your loved ones, go to Greenview, where they treat people, even elderly people with… care and respect, this is not over !
