Dr. Elrod is fantastic. He is very personal and is an extremely great Surgeon . His entire office and operation are fantastic. I would and Have referred friends of mine that Need his expertise . I would trust His advice with any of my family and I have. I would never go anywhere else if I need his type of surgery . Can’t say enough good about him

I have seen Hasselbring long-term and on my knee ailment; and he is wonderful. Yet, the office staff is so lacking. Twice, female employee at front desk of Elite has attempted to charge me twice when Blue Cross had paid for the visit. My latest dilemma is attempting to get an appointment for 3 hyaluronic shots (soon) before deductible change of year. I called twice over a month ago and was told 'we will check your insurance and be back in touch to schedule the 3 visits.' Yet, no phone call and no contact.

He is literally THE BEST! I had a great experience with Dr.Elrod and everyone who works with him! I have referred over a handful of people to him and the all loved him too! Again I say.. THE BEST!!!!

My husband underwent knee surgery recently. Dr. Elrod and his team immediately greeted us with comfort, strength and knowledge on the overall process. I felt completely at ease putting my husband in the care of the Elite family. The kindness we received helped make our experience a comforting one. We also appreciated the sense of humor everyone shared with us. Thank you so much for all the love and care, we so appreciate all of you!

Excellent Doctor, considers surgery a last resort. Try PT and guided exercise first. Great personality. No rush, discusses and answers all questions. He has repaired both shoulders torn rotator cuffs to full range of motion and both knees torn meniscus. Won't see anyone else.

Thankful to have had Burton's dad patch me up as a youngster and very happy I was able to arrange Burton to repair a really bad rotator cuff. Based on the pictures and what he told my wife after surgery then told me at post-op visit, I think many other surgeons would have taken the easier path but he stayed with it for what was ultimately a 3-hour surgery. Physical therapist was impressed with range of motion on first visit after reading how much repair had taken place. The entire staff at Elite was great as well.

I was sent to Dr. Elrod by a surgeon in AL, because of his reputation for being one of the best in the Southeast. In fact, I was sent to him because he is famous for being able to repair unsuccessful surgeries performed by other doctors. He and his staff took time with me, because I had been traumatized by a injury at work. I will always remember their kindness and also their humor. Dr. Elrod spent a lot of time with me; he reassured me and helped me navigate through a very difficult time (and he didn't charged extra for the emotional therapy! lol) He is just that caring. He did my surgery over 20 years ago and I am still going strong. I always be indebted to Dr. Elrod and I'll always highly recommend him and his staff.

Great Dr

Dr. Elrod operated on my knee to correct the surgery of another doctor. He is absolutely the BEST surgeon this side of the Mississippi river. It's been 20 years and I'm still dancing!
