Absolute worst place I’ve ever been to. Not only is Rosa a rude, uncaring person, and very combative, everything else about the office sucks. The waiting room is the size of a large bathroom, people basically sitting on top of each other and there is NO air conditioning. I saw her once and had to wait forever to be seen, and at my second appt, I had waited 30 minutes, then she pawned me off on her PA, because she only wanted to see new patients that day. No one let me know and I have severe anxiety about seeing new people. All of her appts were double booked, everyone in the waiting room was complaining. There was even one man who had waited almost 2 hours just for a doctors note. She refuses to prescribe Xanax, even if youve had it before and need it for upcoming issues. She didn’t even believe that I’d been on it before. So I pleaded with her PA and I was sent back out to the waiting room for another 30 minutes just to be told that Dr. Aziz still said no. The PA tried AGAIN for me… and they said they would call with an answer that day and no one called. I called 10 minutes before they closed looking for my answer and I asked Rosa if she could call me before closing time to let me know either a yes or no. She rudely said, uhhh I’ll do my best. Of course, no phone call. I called the next day just to be told that her answer was no. So now I have nothing for my dentist appt on Monday and I’m freaking out. I cancelled all future appts and I am NEVER going back, she absolutely does not care about her patients needs and the whole office is rundown and cheap and her receptionist so uncaring and rude and brass, and just has no compassion at all. All of the bad reviews are 100% accurate, she is only in it for the money which is why she double books all her appts. And all of these hidden charges that are in the paperwork are ridiculous! If you don’t pick up your prescription right away, they charge you in order to call it back in again, I’ve never heard that in my life. You are charged a late fee, yet when you come in, you have to wait forever to be seen, they charge a no show fee which is normal, but there are so many extra ways she tries to squeeze out money from her patients, it’s absolutely wrong. Please listen to the reviews and do not go here if you have anxiety, depression, or ANYTHING else because your stress levels will be thru the roof just dealing with this place.

Won’t return calls, wrote incorrect prescription to pharmacy and the comments they make were extremely rude from day one and they admitted they knew about it and still let her be rude.

Dr. Aziz is nice and straight to the point. I was scheduled to see the therapist and called to reschedule, I was told they would call me back to reschedule and never got a call. The second appointment I had was with the nurse practitioner, when I was expecting to see Dr. Aziz. The third appointment I needed to reschedule and they are charging me $45 when I pay $40 for each appointment. What a scam!

For some reason this doctor has filed a claim with my insurance saying that I visited them for 45+ mins. and I have no clue who this person is!

If I could give a zero I would office staff is beyond rude and will lie to your face. You pay to see a Dr and they struck me seeing a nurse if I wanted my meds. Compliant full of deaf ears. Just find a Dr that cares and find the time for you. I called to advise my daughter attempted suicide and I needed her records ASAP for the hospital I was rudely told it takes 3 business days and not once was I told sorry to hear or is she ok. Like I said just runnnnnnnn.

1130 1230 130 15% Do not go here! Poor business management when they lie about a psychiatrist will you see for a eval. The assistant manager is loud, rude, unprofessional when I told her My friend died so I’ll go in late for the session she offer to reschedule. After 3 sessions pass I finally see the dr after they gave inadequate care what I usually take! The dr saw me 10 minutes and tried to load me up with meds! They try to charge a $45 no show fee when they reschedule. I was never inform this policy and she got so disruptive and loud that she slammed the door for me to go somewhere else. They call me one month later and I tried calling them 3 times and I show up to the appointment. She points in my face and lies blantantly that they didn’t call and has been in the office all day! She tries to attack my identity when they run a business this way. When I bring this attention to the Dr she acts like she doesn’t know that’s how her business is run. Do not waste your time… here! They are looking to make money and their staff is detrimental to your health.

I noticed right away that the office is quite small and you can hear every single word patients are saying from the waiting room. Was pretty uncomfortable about that, but had already paid so powered through. When she finally brought my daughter back for her appointment (20 minutes late) she did not put me or my daughter at ease at all. Her cell phone ringer was on and she kept getting text messages and answering them while we were sitting there. She explained that it was a client, which I found to be very unprofessional while we were in an appointment. She also took off her shoes and spoke about my daughter to me right in front of her, as though my daughter wasn’t right there sitting in the room with us. About 15 minutes into the session she announced that she would like to prescribe an antidepressant for my 11 year child. I said “Isn’t that a little early- you’ve been talking to her for less than 20 minutes?”. She looked at me like she was shocked and said “Well what else are you here… for?”. I told her we were looking for a place for her to talk to someone and kept insisting that it was not her job, and that she is not a therapist. Even if that is accurate, she was incredibly rude and abrupt. I had just listened to her last patient talk for 20min straight so was surprised to be told she didn’t listen to patients. Worst experience ever. 100% would not recommend. I paid $200 for absolutely nothing.

Very caring

She was very rude to me and rushed me through out her assessment. I will never recommend her to anyone. Poor communication skills and no professionalism what so ever.
