I wish I could leave negative stars. I didn’t realize Dr. Bean and Dr. branch were the same person. Apparently she got married or divorced and changed her name. She is awful. Just absolutely awful. I left her office in tears. She completely disregarded every concern I had and treated me like I was wasting her time.

Absolutely no bedside manner! Will never go back. Terrible in every aspect of medicine

Dr Branch is a terrific physician. She cares about her patients, her staff is attentive, and she makes solid and reasonable health decisions. I've been a patient for over 10 years. She recently moved her practice from Frankston to Tyler. Well worth the 30 minute drive for me. I highly recommend!

We have been with Dr Branch for over 10 years. She and her staff are outstanding health professionals. Always ready to listen and provide excellent heath care.

A great family physician!

I saw Dr. Bean for the first, and last, time today. I was trying to speak to her about my Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which she scoffed at and seemed to have zero interest in my severe every day pain, made worse when my hips pop out of place. I mentioned my Borderline Personality Disorder and she laughed, saying "Well that's 90% of women, am I right?" I just chuckled because I'm not very good in social situations (I'll get to that in a second). But no, that's not right. How DARE you trivialize those with BPD as though they are not living their own personal Hades every day, fighting constant thoughts of suicide and fearing that any second they'll go completely empty inside. And how dare you insinuate that every woman is suffering from some kind of mental disorder. Next I made mention of my severe social anxiety and how it makes everything harder. I've seen a psychologist who said she was astounded I ever held any job for longer than a month with just how severe my two disorders are. Dr.… Bean, though, shook her head and said (and I quote) "That's crap. That's utter crap. (Name of employee) works every day with anxiety so that's just crap. That's complete crap." She wouldn't speak with me about any thoughts she had on my other reasons for seeing her, just treated me like a number on a chart instead of a person. I left before she was done and I am never going back.

My children aged 18 months and the7 weeks received letters stating that they would no longer be treated by Dr bean this is against texas law how are you allowed to refuse treating children the receptionist is very rude and should not be allowed to refuse treating children

Dr Bean, though she accepts Medicaid, refused to sign Medicaid Transportation reimbursement request, citing she didn't 'participate in that program'. In order to get reimbursed for fuel expense to take any 1 of my 3 children or 2 grandchildren to see her in our full-size gas-hog van, we had to request a Dr's note for school (since my eldest child, mother of my twin grandchildren)was still in high school at the time. They caught on to that approach and then refused to even provide that to us, instead insisting on faxing the Dr's note directly to my daughter's school! Then, when we filed a complaint with the hospital network, we received a nice letter from Dr Bean's office advising they were releasing my children from their care and we needed to find another (further distance) family dr. The Medicaid transportation program is not an optional program for dr's offices. It is a State of Texas benefit that is provided to Medicaid recipients and if the Dr accepts Medicaid, that makes… them an automatic 'participant' in the Medicaid Transportation program as well. We were appalled at the way we were treated by Dr Bean and her staff (this was not the only complaint; there were others too numerous to mention here), and the absolute insistence of this practice office, to deny us our right as qualified Medicaid recipients, to a small reimbursement of fuel expense.

DR. BEAN IS A WONDERFUL DOCTOR AND MY WHOLE FAMILY GOES TO HER. I KNOW YOU WOULD LIKE HER. SHE WILL DO ALL SHE CAN FOR YOU. SHE EXPLAINS WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU AND MAKES YOU FEEL BETTER.
