Dr Simpson was awesome did cyberknife on brain tumor. He listens and cares

It has been a very painful 9+ years since Dr Simpson's staff performed reckless radiation on my left eyelid for a small tumor, that actually 'burned up' after 4 sessions of electoradiation. He stressed that I needed a full 30 treatments. He had never irradiated any eyelids before, I was his 'first'. I hope the last as my eyesight is virtually worthless in that eye, I have had to provide artificial lubrication in my eye (oil glands incinerated with over radiation), spend thousands of dollars for follow up care, and had pain every day the past 9 1/2 years. I expect I will need to have the eye removed in the next year as my condition is worsening. I am 71 and sure glad I won't have decades to deal with this totally avoidable condition. I would have sued him for this and related radiation to my face, but such lawsuits don't achieve any financial satisfaction and my eye would still be a mess. Clearly I would not recommend Dr Simpson for radiation treatment.

Dr. Kelley Simpson is a very good physician. He listened to my questions and answered every one of them. He is a very caring person. Colorado CyberKnife gives excellent care to its patients. Every person working at this office cared about me and my treatment. They all wanted me well. I cannot say enough about this group of people. I highly recommend Colorado CyberKnife for prostate cancer treatment.

Dr Simpson is one of the kindest, most interested and engaged doctor we have come across. There was no waiting to see him and we felt he had all the time in the world for us. His knowledge and expertise is apparent, yet he explained himself perfectly clearly. He guided us but didn't push us into a decision. We left feeling both empowered and cared for.
