Dr. C Jeffrey Sippel

I only went to two appointments for my first born, newborn, 2 week appointment, and 2 month appointment. The staff was terrible, not recognizing my arrival, not giving good instruction on what to do, once we were there and in the exam room. They did not have a happy, or welcoming attitude. They all seemed very unhappy to be there. On top of all that, the billing for my first appointment was messed up, and i recieved a bill that i shouldn't have, and i am having a hard time contacting the correct person to get it taken care of. The Dr., and Nurse were ok as far as their knowledge goes, but looked bad with "the whole package". Will NOT be going back.

I was notified of the abrupt closing of the office earlier this week. While the inforamtion provided at that time was sparse, I spoke to the nursing staff again and was advised of the reason for the closure. Dr. Sippel has an illness that will not allow him to continue with his practice. Over the years, he has been a wonderful health provider to my childern and deserves a review that exhibits such.

This is a great doctor's office and the nurse practioners are amazing too. When I call concerned they immediately get us in, ease worries, and inform me that if concerned not to hesitate to call. All of our friends bring their children to Dr. Sippel and there is never a bad thing to say about him!!!

Dr. Sippel is outstanding! He takes the time to acknowledge your concerns and will discuss even the simplest issue completely. Thanks to him and his office for continuing excellent care for my children!! God Bless.
