Dr. Caesar Reza Djavaherian, MD

I went to the Emergency Dept in Vacaville, CA after being beaten for approximately 8 minutes by my mother's husband (who is also a pedifile). I let Dr. Djavaherian know of my horrific violent experience and how the BPD did nothing to him...he pretended to be unable to do what he did by jumping in my mother's bed and putting on her oxygen. Due to YEARS of Domestic Violence my mother and the other two witnesses said that it didn't happen. Even my mother had jumped on my back three times and hung up my calls for help to 911. No, she was not arrested either. BPD did do anything...didn't even ask nor call an ambulance. Moving forward, this dr did not even order an xray, scan, or hardly exam me. I was given a neck collar and discharged. No, I did not ask for medication. I found out later that I had a 100% torn rotator cuff, herniated discs in my neck, had to have several procedures on different parts of my body, and still suffer gravely from Shaken Adult Syndrome and PTSD. This… doctor was cold and never even unfolded his arms while I was letting him know with tears what happened to me. He was so dismissive. I turned him into VacaValley Hospital. Nothing has been done to my knowledge. I even took a lie-detector examination five times and passed 100%. I tell the truth so I have nothing to remember. This doctor is not anyone I would ever see again. EVER!

I was assaulted and a woman; all he did was stand over me and "seem to listen with closed ears" He did not feel my neck or ask me key questions (like how many times did he hit your head against the bedroom wall or for how long? Also, how big was he compared to you? Also, did you hear any tearing? Do you have any vision and/or hearing changes? How is the rest of your body besides your head and neck? No x-rays, Mri, no ct scan ordered...nothing. Turned to the nurse passing by and said quote "get her a soft collar and get her out of here" I am a sober person and just turned 50 years old. I was very traumatized by the BIZARRE event in my life. I found out a couple weeks later when my PCP came back from her vacation that I had herniated discs, 70% torn left rotator cuff, torn chest muscles, had serial shaken brain injuries, left ear hearing problems, and had to have several procedures down to repair both my feet. Really Dr? You're a male chauvinist and did MUCH harm to this… patient. I will NEVER go to the VacaValley ER due to YOU! EVER! You need to ashamed. I will never forget you nor forgive you. You demeanor was added insult to injury. And because of you, it only got worse, because I did not get the immediate care I needed. Time passed unnecessarily. Cannot believe you can look in the mirror. I wonder how you even were okay with yourself that evening. It wasn't even late and yet, you acted like it was beneath you to care for a woman that desperately needed more than you had to give...obviously. Praying for your other victims that you've neglected. I cannot be the ONLY ONE. I am not that special. There must be a pattern to you ineptness. God help us all.

I saw Dr. Djavaherian in the emergency room after having been misdiagnosed by an urgent care facility. I was on vacation and not familiar with any doctors or hospitals. Dr. Djavaherian was very efficient, knowledgeable and accurate. He promptly took care of my urgent needs and also took the time to explain what else I may need to consider to best take care of myself.
