Dr. Cain Robert Linville, MD

was going to go here for a breast reduction. My insurance approved the procedure but the office asked me to pay up front. No big deal. The day of my pre op appointment I was told that the insurance was NOT approved and they would charge me $6,000 and whatever other charges I had they would take from my insurance reimbursement. BIG DEAL. They NEVER gave me the price of the surgery so at that point I asked the total price. I was told I would get a call back. The following day I got a call to pay for my procedure and the total price was still not given to me. I was told that I had to pay a 20% deposit of $1200 that I could not pay with my care credit card (this was the day after I left the office and nobody said anything about this payment). I complained about the office and was told I would get another call back. The following day, I was told that they are not sure if the insurance will cover the anesthesia and hospital fees and that would cost an additional $3400. I cancelled… because I felt like I was going to get scammed. The surgeon does nice work but the office staff, specifically Shana, does not do a good job of informing patients of the cost.

Dr. Linville is caring and his bedside manner is funny. He work is great. I trust him!

Dr. Linville is compassionate and cares abut his patient his staff is very nice as well always making sure you are doing ok. I will recommend him to everyone that is considering any cosmetic surgery. I am very pleased and happy with my results already even though its only three weeks since my surgery. thank you for giving me my confidence back.

Dr. Linville has made a huge difference in my life and I would not have elected reconstructive surgery without his guidance each step of the way. Dealing with breast cancer is not easy for the patient or spouse and Dr. Linville and his entire staff are extremely knowledgeable, caring and prompt. Dr. Linville and his colleagues were with me every step of the way to explain and answer questions, offer advise and explain choices which were available. Above he always listens and is truly caring.

My consultation was very nice. I felt very comfortable and at ease about the entire experience. The staff was warm and exceptionally helpful with asking any questions that I asked.
