Dr. Caitlin Ryser, MD

I saw Dr.Ryser for a year because I was having problems with not having a cycle and my husband and I were trying to get pregnant. The only thing she wanted to discuss was weight. She did blood work and it came back 100% normal. I asked for an ultrasound to see if my ovaries looked okay and she refused to do it. She wanted me to lose 50lbs before she would see me again or look into anything else. 50lbs for me would make me skin and bones. Also weight has very little to do with me missing my cycle for 3 years. There was clearly something else going on. I walked out crying the last appointment I had with her. Luckily my mom and a good friend found a different doctor with better ratings about 45 mins away. Dr. Harrison. She did blood work, found out my numbers were not normal and they were too low to make me ovulate. She also did an ultrasound on my ovaries and found cysts. She started me on medication to make my numbers balance out and clomid to make me ovulate. I was pregnant… within 3 months. I now have a beautiful perfectly healthy daughter. Dr. Harrison never put me down for my weight or made me feel like I was fat. She listened to the real issues I was having and found a solution within 48 hours. Something Dr. Ryser couldn’t do in a whole year.

I can only say wonderful things about Dr. Ryser. She has always made me feel relaxed and very attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend her,
