When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son and two dogs. I love being outdoors, hiking, biking, reading, volunteering with our teen groups at church and spending time with family and friends.My goal is to provide evidence based, cost efficient care to my patients. I listen to the concerns of my patients and provide education to optimize their health and quality of life. I enjoy collaborating with individuals of all ages, to meet their health care needs and ensure that my patients receive the best care possible.
