Caitlyn Fleming, AUD, CCC-A

Caitlyn Fleming graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the College of Wooster in 2021. In 2025, she earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from Kent State University, as part of the Northeast Ohio AuD Consortium. During her doctoral education, Dr. Fleming completed a one-year long externship at Cleveland Clinic, where she gained extensive experience with diagnostic testing, hearing aids, ototoxic monitoring, cochlear implants, vestibular testing, and evoked potentials, working with patients across the lifespan from newborn to geriatric. Prior to joining Froedtert, Dr. Fleming practiced audiology at a community based non-profit clinic in Cleveland, OH. Dr. Fleming is passionate about providing evidence-based care that is individualized to the needs of each of her patients, based on their specific hearing and communication goals. She enjoys building rapport with her patients and navigating their hearing healthcare journey alongside them, as …well as staying up to date with the latest developments in the field of audiology.
