Been there for 6 years and not a single complaint.

Did not listen to patient, did not order right tests, did not follow up, did not have a sense of emergency when tine of the essence. Office staff would not take a message instead was told Dr Gaston does not call his patients back and that I would have to make another appt just to talk to him. They should have taken better care of me, they should have ordered the right test to begin with and seen the sense of emergency on it. They should have followed up with me. I have seen several doctors in the past and this isn’t my first time going thru this and yet this is the first time EVER that I felt completely hopeless and on my own in regards to finding answers and help with my care. I had to be my own Advocate and find my own way with NO help from Dr Gaston. You have a cold—you are fine. But if you EVER have anything serious—-you better find another doctor to be on your side because dr gaston is not the one!

Experience was best I have had going to a doctor's office. I am a doctor "coward" but NOT any more! Staff and doctor could not have been more friendly, pleasant and made me feel at total ease.

Dr Gaston is a kind, listening ear to the needs of our family. We have been very pleased with his care. He has been through in his treatment and his staff has been excellent to follow through.

After a bad experience and feeling like just a # we left a major clinic in NWA and found Dr Gaston. Best decision we made. Him and his staff is amazing. They truly care about each and every patient!!

The BEST (VERY BEST) doctor in Northwest Arkansas!!! I wish I had found Dr. Gaston sooner; he's absolutely wonderful! Dr. Gaston spends lots of time with each visit, he's always very friendly, and really care about his patients health.

Dr. Gaston is a very caring and careful physician. His office is very nice and clean and you don't have long wait times to get an appointment or to be seen once you get there. He is very accessible, I highly recommend him.

I was devastated when Dr. Gaston moved from Mountain Home. I miss him and his very professional and caring staff.

Mountain Home has lost one of it's finest Doctors to Fayetteville. We are hoping to find a good replacement - but have considered commuting if necessary. Dr Gaston, you will be missed by many!
