Dr. Caleb G Latimer, MD

Dr. Caleb Latimer is a very competent and knowledgeable therapist. I first visited him about 2 months ago with lower back pain and sciatica. My primary care Dr. recommended that I visit Dr. Latimer but I was a little skeptical... I've been dealing with this pain on and off for over 10 years and have not had much luck so far. Well, Dr. Latimer listened to my description of my symptoms and performed his own evaluation after which he started me on a targeted plan for therapy. It was clear that he understood what the issues were and how to address them. He started me on a stretching and strengthening routine and, while I have had to work at it (it's work), it has be effective. In the first few sessions he continued to tune the routine to my situation and explained what we were doing a why. I have had a couple days where I've experienced some of the same old pain BUT it has honestly been so much better than before. I'm very encouraged and hopeful that soon I can leave this pain behind!
