He's the best. Spends a lot of time explaining what his examination has discovered; he knows his field; his treatment of ear problems is thorough and effective. i will really be sorry to see him go into retirement.

I have seen Dr Massey on several occasions and he is always friendly and professional. He explains in detail so I understand what is happening to me. Over the last 15 years I have seen just about all the doctors there and have liked all of them and I trust them.

Dr. Massey is a kind and competent surgeon. He examined me, made a plan, and communicated that plan in a way that was easily understood. Finally, he fixed my nose so I can breathe. What a gift! I can breathe better than ever. Thank you Dr. Massey!

Had a test done and took a month to get my follow-up appt with Dr. Massey. I show up and Tech tells me that they called over the weekend and left a message on my voicemail that it was moved to the next day. Today was Monday. Extremely inconvenient as its difficult to get off of work to come during the day to anything outside of my work schedule. We make the appt for 2 days later and I leave, not happy because I had already taken the time off from work and woke up an hour earlier than normal. Next, 10 mins later while I was driving, same tech calls me and says they now require a negative Covid test or a Vax Card. In which I have neither and its difficult to get a test anywhere these days and to do THAT I'd have to try and find something outside of work. Again extremely inconvenient and why wasn't this told to me WHILE I WAS THERE!?!?!? I DON'T have Covid, I'm not around many people at all and I feel great in that department. I'm NOT happy at all with the way this was all communicated… to me and do I have to find a new ENT Doctor now and start all over? Very poorly handled. So now that office requires all of that just to walk in the door?? While all of our unvaccinated children in our school system don't even have to wear a mask to school... C'mon now! I already despise wearing a mask for this office and now THIS?!?!?! Enough is enough. Even my mask comes off during the tests there so why all the fuss!? No consistency and now has reached a new level of bulls$$t and inconvenience.

My son needed to be seen urgently due to ongoing ear & throat pain. Our regular E.N.T was booked and Dr. Massey was able to see us. Dr. Massey is one of the kindest and most caring Dr.s we've met. He was gentle, kind and did a complete and thorough exam of my son. When he couldn't find the cause of the pain, he recommended some other options. He followed up with us while in office and explained the possibilities. We even received a personal phone call from him, checking up on my son that evening to let us know he had a change to read his entire file and wanted to make some more suggestions to help some issue. Physicians like Dr. Massey are rare & he is a gem! Thank you, again!!

Dr. Massey is an outstanding Doctor and a outstanding person. I remember when I was going through my sicknesses he took the time to treat me and explained what was going on and treated me very well. When I was going through personal things at home Dr. Massey noticed and spoke to me about it. I am very thankful for him beginning my doctor and friend.
