Dr. Poston is a great guy and does a fine job. However his admin staff are completely inept. They are either lazy, incompetent, or con artists--maybe a combination. Rachel and Misty are the worst of the bunch. Long story short, a $700 job turned into $2400 due to their inability to make a quick phone call to the insurance company. Why would they bother spending more than 2 minutes on an estimate though... when you have a convenient exculpatory clause that eliminates any liability. Terrible experience all around and I wouldn't recommend them for anything.

I would be surprised to hear of any patient who is excited about seeing a periodontist. However, I could not be happier than I am about finding Dr. Poston AND his staff. Everyone among the team demonstrated the utmost kindness and respect to me. My anxiety about the evaluation and future care was completely alleviated. I would like for Dr. Poston and every member of his staff to know how grateful I am for your many kindnesses. -Marilyn Studemeyer
