Dr. Cally Lane Adams, DDS

I Would give zero stars but waiting room for kids was nice that’s about all that’s nice about this place i cannot express to you how much you should NOT bring your children here, Dr. Adams was mean she has no type of personality for the kids and hardly even spoke to my daughter just brought her to the room and did whatever, my child is terrified to go back. She’s very rude and condescending when talking to you. She does not allow adults in back and seeing the kids dragged away from parents in waiting room is definitely traumatizing! My child was in need of a procedure immediately and I wasn’t able to pay the $250 up front and she told me they don’t do payment plans so my child has been SOL. Luckily I found a dentist we love that works with us and and our current situation so I called to get records of her X-ray she took released to or new dentist and they charge you to release anything which is absolutely ridiculous since I’ve already FREAKING paid for them like really Cally Adams… your office policies are sorry to say it but STUPID!! I honestly feel like it’s all about the money with this place it’s just like one thing after another with payments and charges they definitely try to squeeze every single dollar out of you! It’s literally disgusting especially when your working with kids! I was warned before I came here but went against that and and she totally proved them right as to why I shouldn’t have come here!! Save your time and Money and find another Dentist!!
