Dr. Calvin Natanzon, MD

I made an 8am appointment because I work full time and had to get to work right after the appointment, and I didn't want to deal with the backup of patients that occurs later in the day. The doctor didn't even walk into his office until 8:30am, and strolled into the exam room where I was waiting at 8:35. When I commented on it, he didn't even apologize or give an excuse. I was given the impression by the others in the office that this is his regular practice. So much for consideration of your patients and their time! Throughout the visit, it was apparent that the guy just likes to hear himself speak, though he uses a lot of words to say very little of substance. It was like pulling teeth to get information from him about the next steps I am supposed to take. I will not be returning to see him- total waste of time!

He was completely wrong about my prognosis. Told me I'd be dead in 7 months, unless I die on the operating table and "ruin a doctor's good record". He even called me at home to remind me I was going to die.

Only listens to your symptoms to tell you you’re wrong. I came here with a rare disease and told the dr I was suicidal over the pain. NOT KIDDING: he laughed and told me my disease doesn’t cause symptoms ? Meanwhile my bones are eroding I just got out of the hospital for a migraine caused by increased intracranial hypertension and the found another cyst in my spinal cord. Long story short : type of guy who thinks he could never be wrong but actually is wrong kind of often. Called him to explain abt the migraine yesterday and he refused to talk to me about something I didn’t see him about in person. What????????????? Really????????????? Cmon doctor. Do better.
