Dr. Cambria Hembree, MD

Dr. Hembree has been my primary care physician for over a decade. She is hands down the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient doctor I could ever have hoped for!

Very prompt. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The nurse was gentle and friendly and very helpful. She was calm and efficient. Dr Hembree came in quickly and was direct and attentive. She listened to my concerns patiently and answered my questions clearly. My concerns were satisfactorily addressed…as always.

I have been seeing Dr. Hembree for about 7 years. She is so magnificent that my husband now sees her annually. She is very genuine and compassionate, which is a hard combo to find in a doctor!. She is thorough and knowledgeable and makes me feel like a person, not just a patient. I have a chronic condition which requires me to have many doctors and many hospital stays. I wish they all could be like Dr. Hembree, she is a shining star!

Dr. Hembree is the best doctor I've ever seen and I disagree with the negative comments of other reviewers. My experience with her over the last 5-6 years is totally different. I research my ailments before I go to see any doctor and, when I tell them what I'm experiencing, I check to see how their response agrees with my research. Dr. Hembree always responds with the correct technical name of the issue as well as with the proper course of treatment, all off the top of her head. So she clearly knows her job well and passes my tests! Dr. Hembree also is very personable, friendly and attentive. She will listen carefully and respond to every comment or question until I am satisfied she's addressed all of my concerns. So she clearly does not just want to churn through appointments and instead wants to make sure her patients are satisfied with the level of treatment they are receiving from her. Dr. Hembree is definitely the best doctor I've ever had and recommend her without… reservation. Edinger Medical Group is also well managed and has a very friendly and professional staff.

I called the Edinger Medical Group for severe abdominal and back pain and was able to get an appointment in under 2 hours. I was informed that I would see Dr. Hembree. I was worried as I had read the negative reviews on her, however I was pleasantly surprised when she came into the room and was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I am now considering making Dr. Hembree my primary care physician and would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Huh. Far be it from me to disagree with another's review, but my experience is chalk and cheese to those expressed below. In my experience, Dr. Cambria was compassionate, patient and altogehter wonderful. And, Oh! Bright eyes and smile. For a woman on the cusp of 50 such an emotion upon leaving a physiciian's office is rare as hen's teeth. I was braced for lectures and hard lines - what I received was, well, I'll say it, love. I left feeling such a sense of hope! Almost as though my life was beginning again. I can't recommend her highly enough, and I feel that I've a new friend. (Imagine a person in a business suit performing a small embarrassing jig in the parking lot, that's me!) Thank you so much! d.
