Dr. Cameron Blegen

I saw Dr. Blegen a few times, and he is one who looks at the computer and types for most of your visit. I was fine with that because I could read what he wrote after my visits (through Aurora’s LiveWell application). His notes are very detailed, and from this I surmised Dr. Blegen does, in fact, care, but he is either not social, or shy. After my last visit, Dr Blegen wrote a mental health diagnosis (bipolar / manic) about me in his notes. I contacted the nurses who work with him, and I asked to speak to him. I told the nurses how upset I was with being judged inaccurately. The nurse relayed my message, and Dr. Blegen wrote me a message that said he did not have time for phone calls, and I should schedule another appointment with him. From this experience, I concluded that Dr. Blegen is not shy/caring, as I had thought, but instead a doctor who rushes through his patients and makes careless errors.
