Cameron Davis, MD

Dr. Cameron Davis is a board certified and fellowship trained sports medicine physician offering a wide array of comprehensive musculoskeletal based care for patients of all ages. Upon earning his Doctor of Medicine from Oregon Health and Science University, Dr. Davis served as the Chief Resident within the Family Medicine program at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Through his position as Chief Resident, Dr. Davis had the profound opportunity to spearhead the development of the UNLV Medicine COVID rapid response team and worked in tandem with clinical faculty to dynamically change and improve the overall curriculum for the residency program. In addition to these achievements, Dr. Davis is a recipient of the UNLV Resident Impact Award which seeks to recognize students whose leadership and service advances learning, justice and social change within the community. Throughout his fellowship training at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Dr. Davis had the opportunity …to work under the direction of renowned sports medicine physicians within large athletic organizations such as the Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Monsters, Kent State University and Oberlin College to name a few.
On a clinical level, Dr. Davis has a passion for nutrition, exercise regimens, injury prevention and working with athletes who are highly motivated and in tune with their bodies, biomechanics and injuries. Because of the nature of the injuries in which he treats, Dr. Davis utilizes a variety of modalities to treat patients including but not limited to ultrasound guided diagnostic and therapeutic injections, biologic injections including platelet-rich-plasma (PRP) and stem cells, concussion treatment and non-surgical fracture care.
Outside of his clinical practice, Dr. Davis is very active and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including snowboarding, hiking, camping and biking. In addition to a brief stint as a professional soccer player in the United Soccer League, Dr. Davis spends much of his time alongside his fiancé and dog, travelling the world and indulging in new cuisines at each travel destination.
