He seemed more personable than in the past. He did not seem open to the possibility of variables.

I appreciated the follow up appointment after knee surgery with Dr. Phillips. He was so patient with my many questions and explained all concerns.

Did a great job explaining my situation and the different courses of action. Didnt feel rushed at all. Highly recommend.

Very good experience

I met with Dr Phillips to assess whether I was a candidate for Rotator cuff surgery. He did a complete assessment and discussed my options. He listened to me and we agreed to proceed with surgery.

I had just met him for the first time, and he was very caring in what I was saying. Treated me like he was interested and wanted to do the best for me. I was a little apprehensive about having surgery, now I’m not at all. Very kind.

Dr. Phillips is very personable and did not seem rushed in the appointment with me. He explained everything well and clearly and explained options to me and made it all very easy to understand. He seemed very knowledgeable and I would definitely seek him for any future needs in orthopedics.

This was my first time meeting with Dr Phillips & he is awesome! He actually treats you like a person and like he genuinely cares! My appt was the day before I was going in for emergency kidney surgery and he was so caring and compassionate…not even the same location as my surgery and surgery morning, they are prepping for surgery and here pops Dr Phillips smiling face in my room to say good morning and that he hopes my surgery goes well…A Dr that had only spent 5 mins with me went out of his way to come tell me good luck before they sent me off to surgery, honestly meant the world to me… that is NOT something you see these days AT ALL.. especially in this town.. good providers are truly a needle in a haystack, we are still a couple mos out from shoulder surgery but I’m 1000% confident that I’m in great hands.. his whole staff is great…Dr Phillips you my guy are awesome and I’m so grateful to have found you and lucky to be in your care! Cheers to my upcoming surgery and finally gaining… my good arm back!

Told me that he would fill my prescription for my broken collarbone yet I’ve gotten a hold of them three times since that time needing my prescription filled for the pain before my surgery a hold of me
