Terrible rude staff moving on from this office

It is a great clinic . They are very professional. They are so helpful and nice . They are very straight forward and maybe people are not used to honesty and straight forward ness , Camilla Marquez is an excellent doctor o gym and very professional and friendly doctors office. They answer all your questions and she is a great surgeon . She is a great Sergei and doctor. Thank you Camilla for all your help.

This place should not be in business! Worst service I have ever experienced. Shut this place down please. HORRIBLE, RUDE, DIRTY, UNPROFESSIONAL!

I have read many negative comments about the office of Dr. Marquez and it is so unfortunate that there have been so many bad experiences with staff. She has delivered 2 of my kids and I have been going to her since 2014. I was also seen at her office for a miscarriage, which they were also very professional about. In my opinion the nurse practitioner Silvia is a gem...she is caring, supportive and knowledgeable. Dr Marquez is also great. While pregnant I had to go to the hospital to have NST's done twice a week, I once showed up with a severe stomach flu and in so much pain. Dr Marquez was doing rounds that day and came by to talk to me, she was not able to prescribe me anything for the pain or nausea due to my pregnancy, but she assured me baby was okay and it would pass soon. I saw her multiple times during my pregnancies and she is such a sweet and charismatic lady. I have been very fortunate to have a great experience with her office so far. I am thankful for this office because I… have high risk pregnancies and they have taken so much care of me and my babies, I couldn't be happier with a doctor. Also, she has never shamed me for wanting more than one child. I was very open with her and asked if I was able to have more than three c-sections, she sat down and explained to me the reasons why she would only recommend a total of four c-sections, but also said to me that some people have up to 6. FYI we are planning #4! God bless!

I have been seeing a NP at this location for over 5 years. Not once have I ever seen the doctor herself despite the amount of times I have requested her. Although the NP I saw was recently terminated, they replaced her with someone who equally lacks thorough evaluations. She is also very arrogant and has made me feel uncomfortable about my body. I am unsure if she is aware of her facial expressions, but she needs to work on her professionalism. I was treated for a YI after being seen for a pelvic exam. She literally didn’t care about the pain I was experiencing and attempted to blame me for waiting so long to come in, when in fact their office is terrible at accommodating their patients. No one wants to be in pain or discomfort. She left me laying on my back in a vulnerable position as she leans against the counter and tells me I just have YI along with some other concerns she has. I was sure I had a UTI, but she said the sample wasn’t reviewed yet. That was weird to me. She leaves me… without giving me any advice on how to treat my situation other than she’s prescribing an antibiotic. I leave and the next day contact their office for an update on my urine sample and I am told I don’t have a bladder infection and that if I’m experiencing pain to go to the ER. over the weekend I spent 9 hours in the ER going through every test imaginable. The ER doctor tells me her antibiotic prescription was unusual and asks me to discontinue my use and also shares with me I have a severe UTI!! I am giving new meds and sent home. The pain I have been feeling is unreal because of Dr. Marquez and her staff. These people DO NOT CARE about their patients. They do not deserve to practice medicine and should all be reevaultuated in their positions!

Such a horrible experience... Staff seems to be uneducated do not trust this office I just had a miscarriage I know it's not their fault what so ever but they schedule a DNC a whole week later knowing my body isn't going to wait I requested some pain meds to get me through the weekend they said go to the ER if pain is intolerable..really why would I want to have a miscarriage in a waiting room in the hospital when there is nothing they can do...of course my body went through the process on its own as I suspected...then I cancel my surgery at the hospital with their office staff that said I did not need a follow up...really??? I would think I need a follow up... Bit like I said soon uneducated and horrible experience do not go to this office they do not even deserve a one ....I thought so different of Dr Marquez and her staff!!

You are an excuse for a human being, you shouldn't question expecting mothers' future children. What if you were being treated the way you are treating your patients? You definitely need to work on your people skills. The person you should be shaming is yourself.

To save your own practice I suggest you fire her

Just from the FB POST I can tell you scum that’s shouldn’t be in the profession your in. Horrible to teat any patient like they don’t have the right or privilege to have children, or even speak to them in that matter. Don’t pick her choose someone to share this journey with and not judge!
